Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Final sale items (marked "non-returnable") cannot be returned
How to Return

We'll send you a return authorization and instructions

Ship items back to us within 7 days of approval
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We currently offer exchanges for:

Different sizes of the same item

Different colors of the same item (subject to availability)
How to Exchange

Contact service@plsgreen.com within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number and desired exchange details

We'll provide return instructions and process your exchange once we receive the original item

You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Note: If your exchange item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead
⚠ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us immediately at service@plsgreen.com (within 48 hours preferred)

Include photos clearly showing the damage/defect

We'll either:

Send a replacement at no cost (if available)

Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns/exchanges of underwear, swimwear, or earrings unless defective
